If you contact us over the phone or via email, only information relevant to our providing you with the highest quality service is kept. We will not keep any of your personal details unless you give us permission to do so. All client information is kept strictly confidential.

If you email us, we request that you include your telephone number so we may call you back and speak to you in person. You do not have to provide any personal information other than your name, contact number, and preferred contact times in an email.

If you telephone us, you may be greeted with a recorded message. Please leave your name and number, we will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible. All of our telephone calls are made in the strictest confidence.
